Conditions for Order Cancellation

  • Within 48 Hours (Unshipped Orders): You may request to cancel your order directly within 48 hours of placing it, provided that the order has not yet been shipped.

  • After 48 Hours or Shipped Orders: Orders that were placed more than 48 hours ago or that have already entered the shipping process cannot be canceled directly. In this situation, please wait for the delivery of your items and then reach out to us to initiate a return and refund. Order Cancellation Process

  • Submit Your Request: Contact our customer service support team by sending an email to solutions@gravynestel.com or by calling +1 (417) 755-4921. Please provide your order number and proof of payment so that we can quickly identify your purchase.
  • Review and Confirmation: Our customer service team will review your submission within 24 business hours. Once approved, we will notify you of the result right away and process your refund.

Cancellation Fees

We do not charge any handling or administrative fees for orders successfully canceled within the permitted window before shipping.

Order Information Modifications

If you need to change your shipping address or order details, please submit an order cancellation within 48 hours before shipment and place a new order with the correct information. Once an order has been shipped, modifications cannot be made directly.

Cancellations Initiated by Us

Under rare circumstances (such as unexpected stock shortages, processing errors, or payment verification issues), we may need to cancel an order. If this occurs, we will contact you within 24 hours to explain the situation and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Refund Details

  • Refund Method: Once the cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original bank card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) account used at checkout.

  • Processing Time: Processing speeds vary across banking institutions. We anticipate that your refund will appear in your bank account within 1 to 5 business days. If you have not received your funds after this timeframe, please reach out to us for assistance.
