Delivery Scope

We ship exclusively to all locations within the contiguous United States and all US territories. Orders outside the United States are currently not accepted.

Shipping Fees and Thresholds

All shipping costs are calculated clearly in USD at checkout:

  • Orders of $600.00 USD or more (including $600.00 USD): Free Standard Shipping.

  • Orders under $600.00 USD: A flat shipping fee of $6.99 USD is applied to the total order.

Taxes and Fees

All applicable taxes and related fees are fully included in the listed product prices. The total amount shown at checkout is final; you will not be charged any unexpected fees or hidden costs upon arrival.

Order Handling Time and Cutoff

  • Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (Central European Time, CET), Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed starting the following business day.

  • Handling Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays).

Transit Time

Once dispatched from our facility, the estimated transit time is 5 to 15 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on your delivery location within the United States. 

Logistics Carriers

We work with dependable freight and parcel carriers to transport furniture safely, including UPS, FedEx, and DHL, along with specialized furniture freight networks.

Order Tracking

Once your package is dispatched, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with your order number, payment receipt, and logistics carrier details. You can check your delivery status at any time by visiting the "Track Order" page on our online store and entering your email address or phone number together with your order number.

Disclaimer and Responsibilities

  • Damaged or Lost Items: If an item is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us immediately with clear photographs. Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or process a full refund.

  • Modifications and Cancellations: Changes or cancellations are accepted within the 1–3 business day handling window before the order is dispatched. Once in transit, shipments cannot be modified, and standard return procedures will apply upon receipt.

  • Accurate Address Information: Buyers are responsible for submitting accurate shipping details. We cannot assume responsibility for parcels delayed, misdelivered, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delivery and Receiving Guidelines

Because furniture items are large and heavy, please follow these steps upon delivery:

  • Thoroughly inspect the outer carton for visible tears, crushing, or water damage prior to accepting the package.

  • If severe damage is evident, note the condition on the delivery receipt with the courier or decline the delivery immediately.

  • Open the box promptly after delivery and retain all original packing materials.

Large Furniture Freight and Curbside Delivery

Select oversized furniture products may be delivered using curbside freight services. The carrier will contact you via telephone or email to arrange a designated delivery window. Please ensure an adult recipient is available to receive the shipment outside your premises.

Undeliverable and Returned Shipments

If a delivery fails due to incorrect recipient information, repeated missed appointments, or an unjustified refusal of a non-damaged parcel, the shipment will return to our dispatch facility. In such cases, the original standard shipping fee of $6.99 USD will not be refunded, or will be charged to re-dispatch the shipment.

Unforeseen Transit Delays

While we adhere strictly to the stated timeframes, delays caused by severe weather conditions, natural occurrences, or temporary transport interruptions may occasionally occur. We will keep you updated through tracking notifications in these rare instances.
